Enrollment Requirements

At Little Creators Fine Arts Program we specialize in fine arts academics for children ages 3.5  to 5 years old. We blend preschool curriculum with fine arts skills specifically geared towards children ages 3 and 4. This allows us to focus on the younger age group of children we have in our care, and therefore betters the experience for all students involved. Any level of “Little Creator” is welcome to enroll in our program, regardless of arts experience, race, gender orientation, disabilities, or religious beliefs. We pride ourselves in being an inclusive environment for both students and staff.

Enrollment Process
 

The following forms are required by the state of Virginia and need to be read, completed and/or signed prior to enrollment:​​

  • Enrollment Packet AND Contract (read/complete/sign)

  • Deposit (sent to you once contract is received)

    • You will receive an invoice through quickbooks once your Application and Contract form has been submitted. All invoices will be sent from our parent company "Shaun's String Studio LLC."

    • Note that your child does not have a reserved spot in our program until both the Contract AND Deposit are submitted.

  • All About Me Medical Form AND Emergency Contact Form (read/complete/sign)

Note that all documents that need to be completed and signed must be scanned and sent to info@littlecreatorsfinearts.com

We Follow FCPS calendar for holiday breaks, closures and inclement weather policy. 

If FCPS has an early dismissal, we will still offer a full day of classes. 

If FCPS has a delay, we will open at 9:45am and follow the schedule below.

9:45am-10am drop off/ free play

10:00am-10:40 am- Little Wigglers

10:40am-11:00am- Snack/free play

11:00am-11:40 am Little Artists

11:40am 11:50 am Free play/socialization

11:50 am-12:30pm Little Storytellers

*Note that on days that we open late, there will be no little musicians class to keep the schedule as close to regular as possible. In the event that there are many delayed openings we will discuss possibilities of rotating the schedule so children get each art form throughout the week.
